Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Ngā Pou Mana Māori Allied Health Professionals of Aotearoa (“the Society”) will be held at Huria Marae, 1 Te Kaponga St, Brookfield, Tauranga 3110, during the Hui-Ā-Tau on Saturday, 28 September 2019 commencing at 430pm.

NPM are therefore looking for expressions of interest for TWO positions on the Executive Committee. One student representative (undergraduate student under 25 years of age) and one representative willing to step into a Co-Chair role (governance experience for this role is advantageous).

NPM have been going through a Constitutional Review for the past few months. We have acknowledged that this is a BIG piece of mahi, as we try to decolonise our constitutional rules/tikanga. We have decided to do this as a staged approach over the coming months due to the size of the task ahead... so while we are suggesting some changes to support NPM to flourish over the coming months/years, we also acknowledge we have a long way to go in having a document that is truly representative of our unique Te Ao Māori worldview.
